How do I make a return?

- You will receive an email to confirm your request to make a return
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines followed by a second email containing pre-paid labels
- Drop your item off at one of thousands of Collect+ drop off locations around the UK
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unused and unwashed
- In the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- There is a 20% restocking fee for any items that are handled beyond what would be reasonable in a physical shop in order to inspect the item.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping for all orders unless the item is incorrect or damaged item - This will will be deducted from your refund (£4.40 ex. VAT) unless we advise otherwise.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days at most.
